These terms are between you and Vello Technologies Pty Ltd (ABN 21 629 049 127). This is a short version. Full terms are coming before the app launches.
Age
You must be 16 or older to make an account.
Your plan
- The Player plan is paid monthly or yearly, through the App Store, Google Play or our website.
- Every new account gets 2 free analyses.
- Your plan's analyses reset each billing month. Unused ones don't carry over.
Not medical advice
VisXL gives general information about your technique. It isn't medical advice, and it doesn't diagnose, treat or prevent any injury or condition. If something hurts, stop and see a health professional.
Filming
Film somewhere safe, and only film people who have agreed to it. Follow the rules of the ground you're at.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia.
