How to delete your VisXL account, and what happens to your data.

First, cancel your subscription
Deleting your account doesn't cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the store first.
In the app
- Open VisXL and sign in.
- Go to Profile and choose Delete account.
- Confirm.
By email
From the address on your account, email support@visxl.com with the subject "Delete my account". We may reply to check it's you.
Email usWhat gets deleted
Your account details, every video and its analysis, your sign-ins, and any analyses you haven't used.
What we keep
Billing records, for as long as tax law requires. Support messages, no longer linked to you.
